Our client, an established firm in Meath, is looking to welcome a Tax Senior to their Tax team. This is permanent position can be done on a 4 or 5 day working week and offers hybrid workingflexitime, an early finish every Friday and a salary of €55k+ basic. This role will see the successful candidate join a collaborative, employee-focused team and work with a broad range of clients in terms of size and industry/sector.


  • Act as key member on a wide range of assignments including tax advisory and tax planning projects
  • Review work and other assignments prepared by trainees
  • Liaise with clients and advise on all relevant tax issues
  • Deal with re-structures and retirement planning
  • Research and resolve technical issues
  • Develop practice proficiency in tax – corporation tax, payroll advice and revenue audit
  • Liaise with Revenue on behalf of clients
  • Involvement in business development including meeting potential clients and assisting with devising marketing strategies
  • Additional ad-hoc client assignments as required


  • CTA qualified or part-qualified
  • 3+ years similar experience in a busy practice/tax consultancy environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Confident with ability to take initiative
