Our client is a leading professional services firm with an opportunity to welcome a Senior Talent Manager to their People function. The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies to support employee engagement in a thriving organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies aligned to the organisation’s values and objectives
  • Revie performance management frameworks, processes, and tools to effectively evaluate performance and inform the promotions process
  • Lead the objective setting process and support to employees and managers on objective setting and review
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Work with our finance and HR teams on remuneration policy, bonus structure and implementation (bonus, salary review, promotion cycles etc)

Requirements

  • Senior HR professional with proven experience in performance management, talent development and employee engagement
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles with excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving, project management skills
  • An effective communicator and able to build relationships with employees across the firm
  • Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion with the ability to influence others
