We are seeking an experienced SAP PM application Manager with a strong technical background in SAP ERP to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to deliver proactive and preventative support, including solution design, technical implementation, and customer assistance to internal customers. This role requires a keen eye for identifying opportunities and solving real-world customer business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy and support for business requests, changes, and incidents within the Plant Maintenance module.
- Design, customize, configure, and test Plant Maintenance solutions.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results for transparency and traceability.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.
- Offer consulting services for both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Identify the most suitable technology for business requirements, including knowledge of plugins.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
- Minimum of 5+ years designing and configuring the Plant Maintenance module in SAP ECC6 and/or S4 HANA.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Ability to comprehend business processes from a customer perspective.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum one end-to-end implementation project experience in SAP PM Module.
- Proficient in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to hypercare.
- Strong experience in configuring logistic master data for PM materials, assemblies, serial numbers, BOMs, linear assets, maintenance task lists, measuring points, counters, work centers, and maintenance plans.
- Expertise in configuring various maintenance processes, including breakdown, corrective, preventive (performance-based and time-based), refurbishment, external service management, and calibration.
- Proficient in business process integration with PP, MM, CO & QM modules.
- Experience in managing SAP environment changes and upgrades.
