ACCPRO is hiring for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Risk & Compliance division. This is an existing and active desk in a high growth area within financial services where you will recruit for niche skills, particularly for candidates with  an LCOI designation and/or a risk qualification.

This position offers full flexibility to work-from-home up to 5 days per week and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Ireland.

We will set you up with all the IT required, give you full access to our extensive database and work with you to find success working from home. You will start off with a well-established portfolio of clients, comprised of some of the largest companies in Ireland, and will have full ownership of your desk and the backing to develop the area and build a team.


  • Managing the 360 recruitment process on behalf of our clients
  • Business Development: establish relationships with new clients and develop partnerships with existing clients
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates via existing database and online tools, for example, LinkedIn
  • Interviewing candidates for jobs via Microsoft Teams/phone screenings
  • Arranging interviews with clients for candidates
  • Managing job offers and reference checks for successful candidates
  • Represent the ACCPRO brand and attend networking and training events, when necessary


A good Recruitment Consultant needs to be a self-starter with an analytical mind and a drive to find the needle in the haystack. We need you to be organised, efficient, positive and personable.

While a business or finance background isn’t required, we do need you to have;

  • Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time-management skills and ability to work successfully without oversight
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Motivated individual with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
