One of our longstanding insurance clients is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Executive to join their team in Galway. This individual will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines insurance policies while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients
- Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy queries efficiently
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters to secure the best terms for clients
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive customer service
Requirements
- APA (Personal Lines) qualification required; CIP qualification an advantage
- Experience working in a brokerage or insurance setting
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
