Our client, a leading Plc in Ireland, is seeking to welcome a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. Based in South Dublin, the successful candidate will process large scale EMEA payroll in a high-growth sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring inputs to payrolls are completed and that trial and final payroll outputs are checked prior to salary payments being made
  • Upload electronic files and input any manual payments to the bank
  • Manage the Payroll mailbox to ensure queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all monthly and annual tax, pension and compliance requirements are met
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • IPASS qualification or equivalent high desirable
  • EMEA payroll processing experience an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards a deadline, with fine attention to detail
