Our client, a leading Plc in Ireland, is seeking a welcome a skilled Payment Coordinator to join their expanding team. This role is integral for the success of the payments function, within a high-growth industry. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and have prior experience in a finance/billing and administrative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage payments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Set up and maintain documentation as necessary
  • Support key stakeholders in timely payments, in accordance with budget and contracts
  • Escalate payment issues should they arise
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field (billing, finance, payments)
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work towards strict deadlines
