If you’re looking for a part-time, payroll position, then look no further! Our client, an established not-for-profit company, is recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) for a 6 month contract offering 1 day work from home per week and salary of €40-45k basic pro-rata. This role will see the successful candidate join a supportive and meaningful organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll information on a monthly basis for processing by external payroll provider
  • Manage pension deductions, maternity benefit, salary sacrifice, cycle to work schemes etc
  • Prepare payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly payroll analysis reports
  • Liaise with external payroll provider and internal employees
  • Process review, improvement and implementation
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years payroll experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manually calculate PAYE, PRSI and USC
  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
