We are working with an Irish insurance company based in Dublin who are looking to add a Compliance Manager to their team for their Dublin Office.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of a comprehensive compliance plan and risk-based monitoring program – identifying, agreeing and monitoring actions to address deficiencies
- Managing a team of three Compliance Specialists
- Ensuring that activities are completed in line with the compliance and operational risk frameworks and plans
- Providing trusted advice and clarification to business in relation to regulation applicable to both firms
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience working in an oversight role (Compliance/ Risk) in financial services
- 3rd level degree and/or other financial related qualifications (e.g. law degree / compliance qualification etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
