I’m working with a leading global IT services company, who are HQ’d in South Dublin, to recruit for a HR Generalist. The role reports into the HR Manager and works closely with the wider European and Global HR teams, driving the people aspect of the culture, strategy, and business initiatives of the business. Salary c. €40k + bens.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR function in implementing local and corporate HR initiatives
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Actively participate in recruitment campaigns
  • Maintenance all employee files
  • Carry out investigations in relation to grievance and disciplinary issues
  • Build collaborative working relationships with employees at all levels
  • Active participation and involvement in the organisation of companywide events
  • Main point of contact for our HRIS

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in HR Admin/Generalist role within the HR Department of a multi-national
  • Third level degree in HR. CIPD accreditation is desirable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment and Health & Safety legislation
  • Experienced in conducting interviews
  • Knowledge of payroll experience preferred though not essential
  • Highly organised with a positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
