Compensation: €45k-€55k

Our client, an established and growing insurance company, is seeking a HR Generalist / Executive Assistant to join their team in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a full-time permanent position with and will report directly to the Head of Operations. This role will require 1-2 days a week in office most weeks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategy
  • Ensure employment legislation is adhered to and manage employee files and grievances
  • Minute taking at senior board meetings
  • Supporting senior management with travel, accommodation, and meeting preparation

Requirements

Key Skills:
  • 3rd Level Qualification in HR Management
  • 2 years of experience in a HR role
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • High level or organisation and people skills
