Location: Dublin South

Hybrid/Remote: Flexible Hybrid

Compensation: €80k basic plus benefits

Our client, an innovative and expanding software company, is seeking a new Head of People to its Dublin office. This permanent role, reporting directly to the CEO, is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Professional to join in a senior leadership position and sit at the helm of internal decision making.

You will have experience managing a HR function and a clear commercial focus. This role offers excellent hybrid working flexibility, an excellent benefits package and an opportunity to develop the company’s culture and ethos as it expands in the thriving market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the company culture and ethos
  • Attract key talent in all areas of the business
  • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Support all staff throughout the business, maintaining equality, diversity and inclusion

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Human Resource Management/Senior position
  • 10 total years of Human Resources experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a software company (desirable)
  • Leadership abilities
