ACCPRO is one of Ireland’s most trusted professional services recruitment firms, specialising in the accountancy/finance, insurance/reinsurance. We are the leading recruitment agency in relation to finance, risk and compliance in the Insurance Sector and we are looking to replicate this success within the Funds Sector.
Our Financial Services team is made up of 5 people and we are looking to expand the team with a consultant with significant experience in recruiting in the Funds sector. This is already a live desk, with a number of key relationships existing within the funds/fiduciary services/asset management sector, but it needs a specialist to come in and develop funds with a view to growing a team.
We will set you up for success with all the IT required, full access to our extensive database and work with you on business development to allow you to be a specialist in your field. ACCPRO offer hands-on learning and mentorship as you hone your skills in recruitment, alongside best-in-class leaders. You will start off with a strong portfolio of existing clients and will have full ownership of a lucrative desk.
Responsibilities
- Managing the 360 recruitment process initially working on all funds roles, including accounting, finance and operations roles.
- Business Development: establish relationships with new clients and develop partnerships with existing clients
- Sourcing active and passive candidates via existing database and online tools e.g. LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and conducting screenings for jobs via Microsoft Teams/phone screenings
- Arranging interviews with clients for candidates
- Managing job offers and reference checks for successful candidates
- Represent the ACCPRO brand and attend networking and training events, when necessary
Requirements
- A great Recruitment Consultant should be a self-starter with an analytical, curious mind and a drive to find the needle in the haystack. You will be organised, efficient, positive and personable. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment , with demonstrated success in the funds sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Impeccable time-management skills – demonstrated history of prioritising a task and manage a varied workload
- Solutions-oriented individual who is committed to delivering a high level of client/candidate service
- Enjoys research and projects with a creative approach to work
- Strong IT skills
