Title: Finance Manager FP&A
Location: South Dublin
Hybrid/Remote: Yes – 2 days at home
Compensation: €80 – 90k base plus strong benefits
Our client are an ambitious company in a growth industry. They are looking for a genuinely commercially-minded accountant who will play an important role in the decision making within the company. This role is aimed at providing independent, objective, financial and consulting services designed to add value, direction and leadership to specific departments within the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead PF&A team with high quality delivery and focusing on excellence
- Hiring of new talent and developing existing team
- Ensuring revenue is accurately recorded and forecasted across portfolio
- Driving revenue initiatives across portfolio to maximize revenue
- Monitoring project margin performance and ensuring appropriate actions are in place to drive margin performance across the portfolio
- Ensuring accurately client reporting is provided in line with committed deadlines
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, energy, responsiveness, decision-making, and effectiveness.
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations and participate in various process improvement initiatives
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of Post Qualification Experience
- Experience in managing medium to large teams
- Excellent financial acumen with ability to interpret large volume of data
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and influencing skills
- Exposure in Project Revenue Business an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel.
- Prior experience in Oracle Financial systems, Hyperion, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel Macro etc. is an advantage.
- Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent)
