Hybrid: NoCompensation: €110-120k pro rata plus benefits I’ve partnered with a leading, highly successful, City Centre based manufacturing company to recruit a part-time Finance Director. The role reports directly to the MD, is responsible for driving the finance function and overseeing the finance team. This role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Balance the core tasks of the finance function
- Ensure the accurate, timely preparation and submission of monthly and year-end financial and monthly management accounts
- Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities
- Build/nurture and shape a finance function that is future-proofed for the expansion of the business
- Be a key partner in the development of the strategy with growth plans
- Identify commercial, financial and economic risks from business propositions/acquisitions
- Forecast future performance based on knowledge of past performance
- Develop strategic plans to achieve corporate goals
- Prepare the quarterly forecasting process
- Prepare the annual budget process
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant
- Coming from a manufacturing background
- Strong hands-on experience
- Experience working in a high performance organisation
- Ability to adapt with a growing business
