Compensation: €60-65k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare
Our client, a key global leader in its field, is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join its Finance Business Partnering Group. This strategic team partners with the wider business to provide value-adding financial and ops analysis and reporting to improve project profitability. This role functions as a key Finance Business Partner for departments Group-wide.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly forecasts, including budget reconciliations and provide supporting analysis of same
- Analyse finance results and KPIs
- Preparation of monthly reporting packs, commentary and analysis of same
- Develop and build the annual budgets
- Make recommendations to senior management to optimise financial performance and work towards achieving financial targets
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with 2-4 years PQE
- Strong financial analysis skills with an ability to summarise complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across the business, including senior management
