Our client is looking to welcome an Email Marketing Specialist to join their multinational team’s Irish entity. You report to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute campaign goals, determining optimal frequency and timing of sending emails.
- Maintain accuracy of the email database.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency to develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
- Focus on the growth and retention of our email customer database in our key markets.
- Monitor and improve email marketing metrics, KPIs and industry trends.
- Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with the brand.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (Digital Preferred), communications and/or media.
- 2+ years experience in email marketing.
- Proficient in using e-commerce and email marketing tools – Klaviyo an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
