Our client is a global leader in their industry, looking for a Debtors Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and highly commercial business.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly client invoices and resolving client queries
- Preparation of credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitoring monthly billing reports
- Liaising with internal departments for invoice preparation
- Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years experience in an administration role with a focus on billing/invoicing
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy working a varied role and getting exposure to different elements of a highly commercial business
