Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their Dublin team. This is a unique opportunity to manage the company’s outsourced payroll, offering hybrid working, a competitive salary package and process ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct the payroll process
  • Prepare various reports with finance and management
  • Management of employee review process
  • Ad-hoc HR Duties

Requirements

  • Compensation / Payroll Background – 4+ years
  • IPASS Qualification or equivalent
  • MS Office and Excel track record
  • Management of overarching payroll experience.
