Our client, a growing retailer, is seeking to welcome a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role due to company expansion with a particular emphasis on exciting project work. The successful candidate will report to the HR Director, oversee the global Rewards function and work alongside a vibrant HR team.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for the management and governance of all reward & recognition processes
– Develop and implementing processes and platforms
– Oversee the development of the new pay, grading, benchmarking and benefit process
– Reporting and analysis on performance of reward schemes, maintaining appropriate market research and data
– Undertake pay benchmarking and analyse and understand pay and reward in the external and internal environment.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years’ in a HR function with a focus on Comp & Bens essential
– CIPD qualification highly desirable
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
– Demonstrated understanding of systems and statistics
