Compensation: €80k basic plus bonus and benefits
I’ve partnered with a multinational corporate services organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst. The sits on a team of three and reports into the Division’s Senior Finance Manager. This is a 12-month assignment with a salary of €80k + bens. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with string process improvement, organisational and Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with line managers to gain an understanding of how each area currently operates
- Completion of finance process documentation
- Facilitating process workflow modelling
- Collaborating on process improvements and automation capabilities
- Identifying areas for improvement, highlighting process weaknesses
- Partnering with key management regarding improvement areas identified
- Working on ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- You are a qualified ACA / ACCA accountant with min 3 years PQE
- Strong project manager and with strong organisation skills
- Ability to lead change management
- Strong policies and program implementation
- Experience analysing business process and managing compliance reviews
- Excellent communication and time keeping skills
