Our client, an established, family-oriented firm in Meath, is looking to welcome an Audit and Accounts Senior to their team. This position can be done on a 4 or 5 day working week and offers hybrid working, flexitime, an early finish every Friday and a salary of €55-65k basic. This permanent role will see the successful candidate join a collaborative, employee-focused team.


· Prepare working papers and audit/audit exempt financial statement

· Prepare tax returns

· Prepare budgets and cash flow projections

· Prepare and present report to clients and partners

· Manage and resolve queries from clients, banks, Revenue etc

· Client relationship management

· Supervise assignments and involvement in student training

· Investigate, manage and resolve any assignment issues

· Bank reconciliations

· Additional ad-hoc duties as required


· Qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

· 2+ years similar experience in a busy firm

· Motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong relationship building skills

· Critical thinker with ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
