Job type: Part-time, permanent c. 20 hours per week
Our client, a growing SME, is looking to welcome a skilled Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and be responsible for areas such as debtors, VAT returns and assisting in month-end. This is an excellent opportunity to secure strong work-life balance with a thriving business.
Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable – Posting cash receipts, running aged debt reports, liaising with sales team on old debtors etc
- Preparation of VAT Returns and month-end journals
- Assisting with compiling information for monthly payroll
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a a similar role
- Competency in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys working both on own initiative and as part of a tight-knit team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
