Grace O’Connell
Grace O’Connell is an experienced CIPD-qualified consultant, specialising in Finance & HR recruitment in the Irish market. She is Recruitment Team Lead for the Part Qualified Division.
Grace began her career with ACCPRO recruiting for part-qualified and accounts staff across all sectors and has established herself as the go-to person in the market. With her strong knowledge of the local market and extensive client network, Grace established ACCPRO HR alongside her colleague Eoin Martin in 2022, where they additionally recruit for HR roles at all levels including HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner and Head of Human Resources.
With a strong sales and logistics background (6+ years) and a keen interest in digital marketing, Grace is a highly personable and organised recruitment professional, adept and aligning both candidate and client expectations across both finance and HR.
