The ACCPRO Journey
Established in 2008 under the name Accountancy Professionals, our journey began with a singular focus on delivering the best recruitment solutions in the field of finance and accounting.
In 2017, we rebranded as ACCPRO to better reflect our intention to move into diverse service offerings, including compliance and risk. This evolution marked the beginning of an exciting chapter in our story, one defined by innovation, growth, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
In Q2 of 2023, we took a significant leap forward by introducing further new divisions dedicated to HR and Business Operations. This strategic expansion allowed us to cater to a broader range of industries and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Building on this momentum, we launched ACCPRO Technology in Q1 of 2024. This addition further strengthened our ability to connect talented professionals with leading organisations at the forefront of innovation.
In Q2 2024, we continued or expansion plan with the introduction of ACCPRO Life Sciences. With a focus on this dynamic and established sector, we aim to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in fields such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Our Story
We founded ‘Accountancy Professionals,’ now Accpro, in 2008, right at the beginning of the global financial crisis. We identified a gap in the market for recruiting professionals and determined to fill that gap, even if the timing of our new venture – to say the least – was not perfect.
The gap that we observed in the market was to provide a more individualised recruitment service to our clients and candidates. We believe that our success is due to nurturing relationships through:
• Our relentless focus on A+ service to both clients and candidates;
• Our desire to radically alter and improve the traditional recruitment consultancy model by focusing on honesty, transparency and accessibility;
• A scientific approach to matching the individual personality, skills and motivations of candidates to fit the culture, capacity and expectations of each client’s business.
