Our Client, a leading construction company based in North Dublin are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their North Dublin team on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years in a payroll setting to make their next move.

Responsibilities

  • To take responsibility for the day to day running of the payroll department which includes weekly and monthly payroll runs
  • To ensure payroll is accurately processed and maintained
  • To ensure all payroll records including timesheets, payslips, pension records, P35’s, P60’s etc., would stand up to scrutiny either through internal audit or revenue audit
  • Liaising with Financial Controller and any staff regarding any payroll or tax queries that may arise
  • Produce accurate and professional reports on a regular basis
  • Manage and participate in payroll related projects
  • Carrying out various administrative duties that may arise in Payroll

Requirements

  • 5 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Formal payroll qualification
  • Comfortable dealing with people both up and down the organisation
  • Experience of complex payroll elements
  • Computer literate:  including highly proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Must be comfortable working in a pressurised environment which will involve dealing with people across the entire company who have complex payroll requirements and may provide a challenging environment while you seek to clarify queries
