Payroll Specialist
My client, a professional services firm, are seeking a Payroll Specialist for a newly created position.

Resonsibilities:
- Collate payroll data
- Process payroll for a number of clients
- Manage payslip distribution
- Process payroll payments, where required
- File & pay PAYE returns
- Produce csv files for upload to accounts software
- Liaise with clients
- Liaise closely with fellow accounts team members
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience processing payroll for a large client base.
- Payroll qualification desirable but not necessary.
- Strong working knowledge of the Irish payroll system.
- Prior experience of running multiple payrolls in a monthly cycle.
- IT competencies to include good level of Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Motivated individual with ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to process a wide variety of payrolls each with different pay slip, payment and information requirements.
