Our client, an innovative pharmaceutical company based in West Dublin are hiring a full-time, permanent Part-Qualified Accountant who will oversee all the day-to-day internal operations of the company. This is a role in an exciting, innovative company, with strong progression opportunities for the right candidate. Salary has been guided at €35,000 DOE.
The Part-Qualified Accountant will report to CEO and the Board of Directors and work with other management. This person should have excellent accounting, organisational and communication skills and be able to work well under their own initiative and be able to apply previous experience in their management and communication of internal operational issues.
Responsibilities
You will be working with the Financial Controller and Directors in a Company that values highly dedicated personnel delivering high-quality services to our customers across the world.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Delivery of timely and accurate monthly accounts
- Cash-flow monitoring and reporting
- Forecasting and budget preparation
- Preparation and completion of Ad-hoc business review reports for the Principals as required;
- Management and communication of any bespoke internal projects which may arise from time to time;
- Working with the Financial Controller and the management team to ensure that the business is compliant with tax and accounting and company law compliance responsibilities;
- Managing the day to day internal operations of the Dublin office
- Any other CoSec and administration work as required
Requirements
- A relevant accounting qualification
- 5 years’ experience of working in a bookkeeping position in an office environment, experience in managing and working with colleagues across time zones and jurisdictions is preferable
- A candid, organised and excellent communication skillset
- Experience in the management and ancillary administration of an office environment
