Our Client, an exciting tech start up, are looking for an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper to join their City Centre based team. If you enjoy working in highly innovative environments and with talented people serving millions of customers worldwide, here’s your chance to make a difference!


  • Serve as the point person for office management duties (i.e. mailing, suppes, equipment, bills)
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Update and maintain office policies and assist in onboarding new hires
  • Partner with finance team to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Record financial transactions and help keeping company ledgers in good standing
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting


  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant or bookkeeper
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
