A leading Irish manufacturing company are looking to hire an Office Administrator. If you meet the below criteria apply today.


  • Font Office duties, greeting visitors, answering phones and taking sales orders
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team in preparing and processing invoices, receipts and payments and performing month end duties
  • Responsible for overseeing all corporate travel and accommodation
  • Assuming ownership for managing the Petty Cash in the Office and reconciling same on a monthly basis
  • Assisting the Finance Director and Accounts Assistant with the month end processes and other ad hoc projects/tasks
  • Providing administrative support to other areas of the business such as our sales and technical departments


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills – Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Tools in particular Excel
  • Prior experience of Accounting systems helpful
  • Excellent planning, organising and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player capable of fostering an environment of team work
  • Bring a positive can-do attitude with ability to think outside the box
