Reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Pricing Strategy Team and will analyse and interpret key business insights, and help translate these into actionable plans to support profitable growth across the business.

This role involves business partnering, primarily with senior stakeholders, to allow them to make more informed and effective business decisions, while also highlighting the importance of the pricing strategy across the Firm.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and continually updating the Client Profitability model for the Firm
  • Producing profitability and margin analysis, analysing trends and highlighting key areas of improvement across the business
  • Collecting, analysing, comparing and interpreting data and providing trends and forecasts
  • Communicating current and past performance across departments and clients
  • Participating in the design and continuous improvement of management information systems and reporting
  • Supporting and challenging business performance and commercial decision making with Senior Management by encouraging more data driven decisions to be made
  • Supporting cross functional business improvement initiatives as required
  • Preparing reporting packs for Management Committee meetings on both a regular and ad hoc basis
  • Performing Key Client Analysis on a monthly basis
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects that may arise from time to time

Requirements

  • You are a qualified accountant and ideally have related industry experience
  • You can work efficiently and productively in a multi-tasking environment on a daily basis and deliver results to deadline
  • You can work across a number of teams effectively taking a highly collaborative approach
  • You have proven analytical skills and a track record of problem solving on a daily basis
  • You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • You are highly analytical with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have strong excel and reporting skills
  • You ideally have experience of working with large enterprise systems
  • You display an enthusiastic, positive attitude and are a team player with a strong work ethic
  • You are highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations
  • You are collaborative, with the ability to build effective relationships
