Our client is a high-profile and ambitious company with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting and financial management of the existing and new operations.

Responsibilities

• To take full responsibility for all financial reporting aspects across 10 entities and 30 departments

• Manage, Supervise and lead 10+ Finance staff

• Preparation, analysis and reporting of full monthly management accounts, by company and department to tight company deadlines

• Performance Analysis of monthly results, budget, forecasts, quarterly reviews, year-end audit etc

• Preparation of Lease Schedule’s and Debt Summary reporting

• Oversight of all intercompany transactions

• Monthly review of actual performance against targets and prior years

• Support the growth of the business from a financial perspective

• Support the operational management of the company from a finance and commercial perspective

• Cashflow Management and Banking

• Liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax advisors, legal, and banks as required

• Ownership of annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Preparing Year End for External Audit

Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks

• ACA/ ACCA Qualification

• Preferably 4+ years PQE

• Exposure to fast paced Finance department, strong multitasking ability

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Knowledge of accounting systems, SAGE and Synergy desirable

• Experience in systems implementation an advantage

• Strong MS Office with proficiency in excel

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical ability, excellent numerical and problem solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in managing a team of 10+ employees
