My client is seeking an accounts assistant for a 3 month FTC with a view to permanency.

Responsibilities: 
  • Accounts Receivable/Credit Control
  • Accounts Payable
  • Monthly Intercompany Account reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, calculation of Depreciation Charges
  • Assistance with preparation of annual Audit Files.
  • Bank/Petty Cash reconciliations
  • Expenses claim processing
  • Credit Application pack preparation
  • Revenue Returns - VAT, PAYE and VIES
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements: 
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Accounting technician/part-qualified accountant preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly confidential and diligent.
  • Must be fluent in English written and verbal.
